SWAT and J-STARR Bio

     It all started at Athens Drive High School in Raleigh North Carolina. That’s where Jadrien Starr Woods aka JStarr and Shaun Anthony Watson aka SWAT met and later became best friends. Little did they know the bond they would form would be the main ingredient in their music.

JStarr who is originally from Virginia and the youngest of seven children always used music as a positive influence. JStarr’s aggressive but smooth style of rhyming comes from his diverse up bringing and his passion for his music. He has currently been performing and perfecting his craft for ten years and now is finally looking to make some noise in the music industry.

Swat on the other hand is originally from Kentucky and is the oldest of 3 children. Film was Swat’s first love but found that music was also another talent he enjoyed to produce. Swat’s blunt but clever lyrics stream from his creative perception of reality and the truth. After graduating from college with a film degree, SWAT can put his thoughts into visions on the TV screen.

     Currently the two just released their fourth mixtape and are gaining notoriety at a rapid pace due to their hard work and consistency. Point blank SWAT and JStarr are on the come up!
