Videography Services Rate Sheet

     Video is captured in High Definition (HD) format unless specified by client. There is a two hour

minimum for any video project, regardless of time needed. Digital editing is available at

additional rate if needed on a client per client, project per project basis. Requests for special

needs and/or setups must be stated prior to project shoot/event, and will incur additional cost.

Footage will be supplied via CD/DVD, USB, digital transfer, etc., and delivered in MPEG-2/4,

H.264, QuickTime, etc., format, based upon request. Certain formats will require additional fees.

 

Music Video / Live Performance Packages

BET/MTV Style Music Video Full-day (8 hours) film-style single-camera production of story elements combined with lip-synced performances. Includes 3+ person crew, full editing, and insertion of studio soundtrack.	Starts @ $1,500.00
Single Camera Concert Video - Entire Performance Live coverage of club or other gig performance using smooth "on-air" video zooms and pans combined with group wide shots. Includes 2-channel sound recording (board feed / ambient mic), basic editing and sound mixing.	$450.00
Mutli-Camera Concert Video 2-4 hours of live coverage of club or other gig performance using two or more cameras. Includes 4 or more tracks of audio recorded and mixed in post production and creative video editing.	$795.00 2-Camera$1,195.00 3-Camera

     This package is targeted to small and medium sized events, conferences, parties, etc. For large

scale venues (concerts, conventions, expositions. etc) contact us directly for quotes.

Package Includes:

• Four hour minimum, video coverage (setup, capture, breakdown)

• High-end quality video footage in HDV (1920 x 1080i, 1920 x 1080p, 1280 x 720p)

• Digital editing and encoding available (additional fee)

• Any staging, lighting, etc., (additional fee)

Commercial Package 1: Budget 30-Sec Commercial - Email for current rates (A $1000 Value)

This package includes:

• Script Writing - Custom written script by our creative team

• Simple Static Graphics (No Animation}

• Single Camera at clients Location if Necessary (additional fee)

• Video footage (Client Provides Video Footage to be included)

• Video conversion - Mastered to Format of Choice

• Client copy

• One Edit Change (Up to 10 Seconds, within the 30 second commercial)

• **Travel and all other expenses provided by client

 

Commercial Package 2: Standard 30-Sec Commercial - Email for pricing (A $2500 Value)

     Great visuals with a great concept for a call to action, that’s the key to an effective TV commercial.

This is the most cost-effective way to produce a high-end TV spot.

This package includes:

• Script Writing - Custom written script by our creative team

• Computer Generated with or without client supplied video

• Two Camera at clients Location 

• Music and voice over

• Your business information, including logo, phone number, etc.

• Client Copy 

• One Edit Change (Up To 10 Seconds, within the 30 second commercial)

• **Travel and all other expenses provided by client
